*** Boys & Girls Clubs of Senegal is not conducting this rescue operation. We are currently working with the African Union and other non-profit organizations to identify African Citizens currently held in Ukraine and need rescued.

*** African Citizens will be transported and airlifted to Africa

*** Please note: You MUST form a GROUP of up to 25 people in order to submit this form. 

*** Choose a name for your group and enter it below

*** Designate up to three (3) Point Of Contact (POC) who will be speaking on behalf of your group.

*** The Designated POC will be asked to register each member of the group.

*** Please have your passport and/or immigration documents and all travel information ready before filling out the form.
