JOHANNESBURG – Police minister Bheki Cele has spoken out against the abuse of state resources by officers.
For many South Africans waiting for hours for the police to arrive after a crime or in an emergency has now become the norm in the country.

The most common reason reported for this is a lack of SAPS vehicles.
